Images of the Dava Moor

The Dava is a very special place for me. It was a place that my friends and me went to explore, have adventures and a laugh or two when I was growing up. We often went out on our bikes just to muck about here, so I have one or two memories of that time!

As I grew older, I found myself appreciating the land more. It’s exposed and desolate beauty became apparent to me. So as that grew, the atmospheric nature of just being there also grew as there is so much history in this place both from my own memories of childhood and from the lives that roamed this land before me.
